Following an intensive market review and due diligence process, Fidelius have selected Hubwise as their new, modern investment platform. The new platform will be branded to IFAs as Advance, and will enable Fidelius to consolidate its growing wealth business from multiple platform solutions to the single, white-labelled platform from Hubwise.
A critical part of the platform’s evaluation involved modelling every advised client on value and service delivery. This led Fidelius to the clear conclusion that the vast majority of clients would achieve better outcomes on the new platform and none of its clients would be worse off. The consolidated platform approach, combined with the high levels of process automation delivered by Hubwise’s proprietary technology, will allow Fidelius to sharpen its focus on the investment process and the building of enduring client relationships.
